This Heat and Press Laminator is engineered for high-performance lamination using a pneumatic pressure application system on a heated drum surface. The heating drum is dynamically balanced, precision-ground, and hard chrome-plated, and operates in synchronization with the rewinder for smooth processing.

Key Features:

• Pneumatic Pressure Application System: Independent pressure control on both sides for the rubber rolls (hot drum and shellac wash unit) and the backup roll, ensuring uniform pressure distribution.
• Cooling System: Equipped with 4 chilled rollers for effective cooling of laminated foil — placed strategically within the lamination and rewinder sections.
• Heating System: Utilizes a thermic fluid-based heating mechanism with an immersed heater and oil jacketed drum, connected to an expansion tank to accommodate fluid expansion during heating.
• Coating System: Incorporates the Gravure Coating Method in the shellac wash unit. The coating roller mounting assembly supports both integral shaft-type and hollow-type rollers for flexible operation.
• Drying Unit: High-velocity drying system with a 30-foot top dryer enables efficient drying of shellac coating at high operational speeds.
